Pushpa: The Rise

Sukumar is the author and director of the 2021 Telugu-language action drama movie Pushpa: The Rise-Part 1. While Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil (making his Telugu debut), Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari, Sunil, Rao Ramesh, Dhananjaya, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Ajay, and Ajay Ghosh play supporting parts, Allu Arjun plays the title character. It is made by Muttamsetty Media in collaboration with Mythri Movie Makers. The first of two films follows the ascent of a coolie in a red sandalwood smuggling ring.

The film’s soundtrack and music were written by Devi Sri Prasad, and Karthika Srinivas-Ruben and Miroslaw Kuba Brozek, respectively, handled the cinematography and editing. The COVID-19 epidemic forced a halt to the movie’s production in March 2020, which had started in December 2019. The Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad and the Maredumilli forest in Andhra Pradesh served as the primary locations for the majority of the filming. Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo

Bantu’s father continuously looks down on him as he grows up. However, after discovering his true paternity, he makes the decision to establish himself as a member of the family to which he actually belongs.

There in Vaikuntapuram, commonly known as Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo (pronounced ala vakuhapuramulo), is a 2020 Indian Telugu-language action drama film written and directed by Trivikram Srinivas. Along with Tabu, Jayaram, Sushanth, and Nivetha Pethuraj, the movie also stars Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde. Other supporting actors include Samuthirakani, Murali Sharma, Navdeep, Sunil, Sachin Khedekar, Harsha Vardhan, and Rajendra Prasad. It is made by Allu Aravind and S. Radha Krishna under the aegis of their respective production companies, Geetha Arts and Haarika & Hassine Creations.

The movie’s production started in April 2019 and was completed by December 2019. With tracks shot abroad, it was filmed all across Hyderabad. S. Thaman wrote the soundtrack for the movie, and P. S. Vinod and Naveen Nooli, respectively, were in charge of the film’s cinematography and editing. The movie had its American premiere on January 11, 2020, and on January 12, Sankranti, it was distributed in theaters. 

Critics praised the cast’s acting, Thaman’s music, and Trivikram’s screenplay and directing, and the movie debuted to excellent reviews. The movie had a good box office performance, earning between 26 and 80 crore worldwide. It went on to become one of the highest-grossing Telugu films of all time as well as one of the biggest Indian box office hits of 2020. Satyamurthy’s son

A young man becomes aware of the harsh realities of his money following the death of his millionaire father. He develops feelings for the daughter of a jaded creditor, which furthers the situation’s complications. 

A 2015 Indian Telugu action drama film titled S/O Satyamurthy (read as Son of Satyamurthy) was written, directed, and produced by S. Radha Krishna for Haarika & Haasine Creations. Three characters serve as the central focus of the movie; the first one acts from the heart, the second from the head, and the third from the muscles. The first is Viraj Anand, the businessman Satyamurthy’s son, who, after his father’s passing, distributes his assets to creditors. Paida Sambasiva Rao (the second of the three), a creditor who is still owing money, has a daughter named Sameera who develops feelings for Anand. Anand advises Satyamurthy that he must present proof of the land Satyamurthy sold to a landowner, Devaraj Naidu (the third of the three), in order for him to wed Sameera. The rest of the movie concentrates on Anand and Sambasiva Rao’s ramifications for changing their minds about Satyamurthy.

In addition to directing it, Srinivas created the screenplay for the movie. The makers filmed in Telugu and dubbed it into Malayalam with the same title after it was originally intended to be a multilingual film shot in Telugu, Malayalam, and Tamil. The film’s cinematographer was Prasad Murella, while Devi Sri Prasad provided the music. On April 10, 2014, Ramanaidu Studios near Hyderabad started filming. Principal photography in Hyderabad began on September 22 and ran through mid-March 2015. The rest of the movie was filmed in and around Hyderabad, with the exception of three songs that were shot in Europe.

On April 9, 2015, the Telugu version debuted on 1375 screens globally, and on April 24, 2015, the Malayalam version did the same. S/O Satyamurthy made $90.5 crore ($14.1 million) in revenue on a $40 crore ($6.23 million) budget, including a distributor share of 51.9 crore ($8.1 million).

Race Gurram, also known as Race Horse, is a 2014 action comedy movie made in the Telugu language by Surender Reddy and Nallamalupu Srinivas under their company Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Productions. Allu Arjun and Shruti Haasan are the movie’s main actors, and Shaam and Ravi Kishan play minor parts. The soundtrack was created by S. Thaman.

Principal photography commenced on May 13, 2013, and ended on February 22, 2014, in Hyderabad.

Positive reviews followed the movie’s April 11, 2014 global release. The movie was Allu Arjun’s first to earn over 100 crores in box office revenue. The movie became the highest-grossing Telugu film of that year with a distributor’s share of 59.4 crore. Anushka Shetty plays Rudramadevi in the title character of Gunasekhar’s film, which also stars Allu Arjun, Rana Daggubati, Vikramjeet Virk, Krishnam Raju, Prakash Raj, Suman, Nithya Menen, Adithya, and Catherine Tresa. The two plan to use this as an excuse to force Ganapati off the throne, but before they can do so, Siva Devayya reveals her identity. She then forms an army as an opposition army to fight against her own kingdom’s army. When she meets Gona Ganna Reddy’s army, which is surprisingly not about to attack her, but to help her get her crown back, After they join hands, their united army is greater and stronger than that of Murari and beats the latter.

The needy people seek out Rudramadevi for assistance and an apology, along with Siva Devayya (who faked his own death). Additionally, they thwart and expel the Devagiri Empire.

Rudhramadevi got a global release with Hindi and Malayalam dubs on October 9, 2015. The Tamil version was released on October 16 by Sri Thenandal Films. The film afterwards became the fifth-highest-earning debut for an Indian film in 2015. In its first weekend of release, it brought in 32 crores of rupees.


An orthodox politician’s daughter who is engaged to a prominent man blames her predicament on her companion, a pizza delivery kid. By posing as her lover, the youngster attempts to make things right.

The daughter of politician Suryanarayana, who acts like a martinet at home, is Madhumathi Madhumati. He wants to prevent his daughter from completing her MBBS because he thinks that her conduct would have an impact on his caste politics. Madhumathi enters her third year of medical school with poise, a laser-like focus on her academics, and no extramarital relationships. She travels to Araku Valley with her classmates for a medical camp, where she encounters Bunny in the woods. Bunny relocates to Hyderabad, starts working as a delivery guy for a pizzeria, and finishes his MBA by taking evening classes. Karunakaran directed the 2006 Telugu-language romantic comedy Happy, which Allu Aravind produced under the Geetha Arts label. Aarya takes on all the men and eventually overcomes them; she then rescues Ajay and brings him to her homeland. Aarya learns that he entered her life much earlier than Ajay did on the wedding day. Geetha grows fond of Aarya and gains an understanding of him.

Arya 2

Sukumar directed the 2009 Indian Telugu romance action movie Arya 2. It is a spiritual sequel to Arya, starring Navdeep, Kajal Aggarwal, and Allu Arjun (2004). The soundtrack for the movie was written by Devi Sri Prasad, and it was produced by Aditya Babu and B. V. S. N. Prasad under the Aditya Arts label. The complicated love-hate connection between three characters—Arya (Arjun), Ajay (Navdeep), and Geetha—centers the story (Aggarwal). The movie opened in theatres on November 27, 2009.

Two orphaned childhood pals follow different professional paths after being split apart. When they both fall in love with the same girl later on, fate throws them against one another. 

When that fails, Ajay fabricates a vehicle accident involving Arya in order to have Geeta’s family abduct her on the day of her wedding. Her gang leader father, Raji Reddy, wants her to wed the son of a rival gang leader. However, on the day of her wedding, Geetha is abducted by her abusive family members. To further support his claim that he wedded her to stop her from finding another husband, he aids Ajay in getting back together and escapes with Geetha. In order to avoid Arya from stopping them, Ajay changes their destination to Australia, and Geetha despises Ajay for betraying him. Ajay changes his mind after seeing that Arya is willing to give his life—even his own—for his friendship.


Action Comedy Movie Julayi, which translates to “Vagabond,” was written and directed by Trivikram Srinivas in 2012 and was produced by S. Radha Krishna under the brand of Haarika & Hassine Creations. Allu Arjun, Ileana D’Cruz, Sonu Sood, and Rajendra Prasad all appear in the movie. Devi Sri Prasad created the music, while Chota K. Naidu and her brother Shyam K. Naidu handled the photography, and Prawin Pudi handled the editing.

Unlike his father, Narayana Moorthy, who worked hard for his money, Ravindra Narayan prefers to make easy money. A master thief and a local MLA have plans to loot a bank of 1,500 crore rupees. Through questioning, Ravi concludes that Bittu has incited the police to commit a crime and persuades ACP Raja Manikyam of this. However, when the police conduct a raid, Ravi is captured. Ravi is sent by Manikyam from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad under the Witness Protection Program, where he is forced to reside at the home of his buddy, DIG Sitaram.

On August 9, 2012, the movie received favourable reviews and enjoyed economic success. The movie won the Nandi Award for Best Popular Film. Saagasam was the Tamil name given to the remake.

By chance, Bittu, a mobster, runs into Ravi, who assists the police in stopping him from robbing a bank. Bittu ultimately decides to eliminate Ravi and his family.

When Ravi inadvertently answers a call that is a phone bomb that has been detonated in the car, he gets stuck, but he manages to save his family. However, Bittu assaults Ravi’s family, where his father is sick but later recovers, and murders Raja Manikyam by detonating a bomb in his car. This causes Ravi to recognise his errors and requests him to collect the money for the people who toiled day and night for their family.
